 D’Andre is the Managing Director of Louis & Hunt Investment Group, a real estate development company focused on renovating and creating housing throughout the midwestern region of the United States. D’Andre obtained his Certificate in Commercial Real Estate at University of Washington.

D’Andre is also a Management Consultant at the number one professional services firm in the world where he helps clients adopt change management strategies to undergo significant organizational changes, implement talent acquisition strategies to hire diverse talent, and develop successful project management tools to deliver exceptional work. 

D’Andre is a Detroit native who graduated from the University of Michigan with a background in Organizational Studies concentrating on Human Capital and Leadership with a minor in Business Administration.
